Our customer service representative books a two-hour arrival window, our technician diagnoses the appliance for a $95 fee and quotes the repair before any work starts, and that $95 is applied toward the repair when you go ahead. Every visit starts with a $95 diagnostic fee. Our technician tests the appliance and quotes the repair before any work starts, so the total depends on the part and labor your unit needs. If you go ahead, the $95 is applied toward the repair. You always know the price before you say yes.

Can you come today?

Often, yes. Same-day visits are frequently available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but it depends on the route and how full the day is. Call early with your address and we will offer the next open two-hour window.

Do you repair both gas and electric appliances?

Yes. We service gas and electric ranges, ovens, cooktops, and dryers. If you ever smell gas, leave the home first and call your gas utility, then call us once it is safe. If an appliance is sparking, unplug it and leave it off until our technician arrives.

Is the repair covered by a warranty?

Yes. Every completed repair is covered by a 90-day parts warranty and a 90-day labor warranty. If the same problem returns within those 90 days, call us and we will come back out. Our technician explains exactly what is covered before leaving your home, so there are no surprises later.

    I just hired Eddies to fix my oven door, when I say I will always use these guy I mean it. What wonderful people and skilled technicians. Eddie jr came out and was so kind, knowledgeable and professional that I want to Reuther to everyone. In these days of being skeptical about getting g “ripped off” eddies is a breath of fresh air. I am not a bot or a friend of theirs but I am now a lifelong customer. P.S. their service is very reasonable.

    Once or twice per week i had to chisel out a large slate of ice from the bottom of my freezer. My neighbor had mentioned he had the same problem and recommended Eddies appliance repair, who had serviced his refrigerator. I had called and set up an appointment. Very easy to make an appointment that best fit my schedule of availability. They showed up on the date and time frame as promised. The techs treated my home and appliance as if it were their own. They explained exactly what they were going to do and quoted me the cost of the repair. I agreed and they went to work and completed repair quickly and cleaned up all water and debris. They were great guys!!! I highly recommend this company.

    I had a small leak for years that would drive me crazy. Some days there would be a puddle at the bottom shelf and other days nothing Eddie located the drip source and corrected it and made a suggestion for down the road so I could save some money now the water drip was triggered when I used the water dispenser from the ice maker I am thrilled this mystery is solved Both Eddie and his nephew, an incredibly talented and polite gentleman, went up and above and leveled out the doors and base to make the refrigerator sit properly Will highly recommend every time Repair costs and visit reasonable When other companies would do less of a job. I loved the custom painted van and sweatshirt Total knowledgeable professionals all around

    Eddies was able to come the morning after I called. They were on time and confirmed what the problem with our refrigerator was. They offered good advice for us moving forward with a replacement refrigerator. They did not try to talk me into any additional repairs and were pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this small family business as trustworthy and appreciated their integrity. I would call them again if necessary!

    I called Eddie’s Appliance repair immediately. I used him about 10 years ago for dishwasher and refrigerator and washer. Very professional, honest, told me whether it was worth the money or not. I did not hesitate to call again for the microwave, frig, oven. Wonderful service, honest, timely, clean, professional. Years ago he fixed frig and dishwasher. Told me to not spend $$ to fix washer. This time, fixed frig, then oven pilot or ignition, then told me not to spend $$ on microwave, then back again for another frig problem. Everything works great. Better than a 3-4k for new frig. I even called him back for an issue that was not connected to what he originally came to fix, and he honored his guarantee. Best decision to call him.
