Eddie is a Legend – Full Overhaul, New Transmission on Direct Drive Washer

If you want your machine running like new, you need this team. They just finished an installation of a brand-new transmission and overhaul on my direct drive Kenmore Series 80 washing machine. It's back in action and running like new!

Alexis was very pleasant on the phone and made the appointments quickly and efficiently. What really impressed me—besides the top-tier work—was the fair and competitive pricing. You get expert, high-quality service without being overcharged.
Huge credit to the rest of the crew, including Raphael and Will, for getting the job done.

But the real star is Eddie. He was right there on the floor himself, personally replacing springs and ensuring every clip was secure and that everything was in perfect working order.

If I could give 7 stars I would. My dryer decided to no longer function in the middle of a large towel load at about 1:30 when I was able to do the laundry. I left a message with my information and the problem I was having along with the model number of the dryer. They returned my call before I thought they were even open and scheduled an appointment for that morning. Eddy showed up on time and serviced the dryer getting back into fully functioning order in no time. Very considerate of my home and appliances and cleaned everything as he was working. Dryer is like new now. Can’t recommend Eddys enough.

I managed to break my stove on Thanksgiving morning — not my finest moment — and my wife was not happy. I thought I still had a Best Buy protection plan, but of course it had expired.

I called Eddie’s Appliance Repair and they answered immediately. I was able to text photos of the damage, they gave me a very reasonable price, and they came right away. They fixed everything perfectly and the stove works like new. Highly recommend.

Ourstanding experience. Had a dryer issue. Next day appointment. Up front fees explained. 25 min out call from tech when en route. William was clear, professional, friendly, and experienced. He diagnosed the issue, explained the repair and pricing, and did the work promptly and neatly. He vacuumed the inside of the machine, checked the outside vent, and double-checked his work. The parts used for replacement were actually upgrades from the originals. One of the nicest and most professional service visits I have had!

Let me start out first by saying I highly recommend Eddie's Appliance Repair to anyone when faced with a breakdown. I have a Sears Kenmore gas oven that is at least 15 years old. When turned on oven would leak gas back into the oven. My gas supplier was called, an inspector sent to my house within the hour, and my stove was disconnected from the gas line as a safety precaution. I was told I needed a new igniter and a shut off valve installed. I came across Eddie's appliance repair after calling 6 or 7 other places. First impressions are EVERYTHING. The young lady who answered the phone was amazing. She was able to schedule an appointment for me pretty quickly with Eddie the owner who so graciously called me back to answer any questions I had. He came and replaced the igniter, installed a new gas hose, and emergency shut off valve, and even leveled my stove!! Thanks Eddie!! Much appreciated!!

This is the second time I’ve used Eddie. He previously had fixed my dishwasher. This time it was an ice maker repair and an oven repair. He showed up right on time and worked very efficiently. He also showed me the issues and explained everything to me. The price was very fair. He’s also a really nice guy. I will use him again if I need to. I highly recommend him.

I contacted Eddie's Appliance Repair through the website and was contacted promptly, got an appointment next business day and was more than pleased. Eddie knew that the refrigerator that I have, was manufactured with a design flaw, as he easily confirmed to me upon inspection. He then offered various work arounds to accommodate a solution to fit my needs.
His professional manner, excellent service and well priced initial service fee were better than any other that I have experienced in my life. Knowing what I do now, I no longer fear having to deal with an appliance breakdown and will highly recommend him to any of my neighbors who may also be in need. Thanks to Eddie!

Thank you Eddie’s Appliance Repair!!
They arrived on time!
They came today for an issue I was having with the top rack of my dishwasher. The brackets that hold the rack up needed replacing. It took all of about 20 minutes and they were done.
They were so courteous, professional, and pleasant! I was extremely pleased!! The cost was reasonable, too!!
I will definitely call them again, should the need arise!
I would HIGHLY recommend them!!!

I had the water pump in my washing machine replaced about two years ago, I called several repair services and not a single one was willing to repair it since it i had a dryer stacked on top. I called Eddie and advised him the washing machine had a dryer stacked up on top, he said That was not a problem, He came over with his son and went right to work. He was courteous, very professional and neat. He also gave me a very reasonable price.

We had a water leak under or refrigerator the same day we had relatives coming to stay with us. We contacted Eddies Appliance Repair. They told they could send someone over in a few hours. In fact the repair man, Raphael, responded within 1 hour.
Raphael was very courteous and fixed our problem within an hour or responding. I can’t say enough about him or the work he did. He was knowledgeable and careful and cleaned up completely before leaving. The work was done at a reasonable price. All in all it was a great experience. I highly recommend Eddie’s to anyone needing appliance repairs. .

Peace of mind! This is the 5th or 6th time that I have used Eddie’s Appliance Repair. They are polite, knowledgeable and oh so efficient. I have worked with Rafael, Will and Eddie and they are all terrific. They are fairly priced and stand behind their work. Today I had a problem with my washer and dryer, but I have used them on other appliances, notably my oven right before Thanksgiving. They give you an accurate window of arrival and essentially solve my problem. I would give them my highest recommendation.

Eddie is a very knowledgeable repairman. He explains everything to you as he proceeds with the repair. This is my second time having Eddie for previous repairs on different appliances. This refrigerator is only one and a half years old and had 2 previous repairmen. This refrigerator is a lemon and so were the two previous repairman. The repair did cost me quite a few bucks, but I have faith in Eddie that this will be my last repair for a while.

Great experience with Eddie’s. Our upper oven broiler wasn’t working and was able to get an early next morning appointment. Technician called to let me know he was on his way. He diagnosed the issue and provided an estimate to replace the part which I thought was a fair price. What I expected next was that they would have to order the part and would let me know when they could return to install. To my surprise the technician said they could be back that afternoon to install. Again got a call from the techs when they were on their way. The whole process from my first call to the final repair was 24 hours. Very satisfied with their service and follow up. Highly recommend.

Will showed up right on time and diagnosed washer issue immediately. He was a very pleasant young man, had the part on the truck and quoted a reasonable price. Washer part replaced quickly and he ran through the cycles to be sure it was in working order. I would definitely call Eddies again!

I found Eddies Appliance Repair via google search along with another repair service .
I selected Eddies because they had a reasonable service fee and an immediate availability that helped me and my small business of baking Dog treats be resolved seamlessly.
Their repair technician knew exactly what to do and fixed the problem and had me and my business back up and running.

I had to write this review because this was the most seamless experience with an appliance repair business in my life. Eddie’s Appliance is great! I called to make an appointment and they came first thing the very next day. The repair man named Will even called me to see if he could come earlier which made me very happy. What a nice guy! Will was so knowledgeable, professional, friendly and explained everything so I could understand. He knew exactly what to do and luckily had the parts with him to fix it. I recommend them very highly. They are fast, reasonable, and the nicest people!

If I could give Eddie more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! My refrigerator stopped making ice and the water dispenser stopped working as well. I am pretty handy and I looked at several videos on troubleshooting. I tried for a few days and finally my frustration got to me and I had to wave the white flag and call in a professional. I checked a local Facebook page and every single person recommended Eddie, and now I see why. I called on a Thursday night and left a detailed voicemail of what the problem was and what I did to try and fix it. I was called the very next morning on my way to work by the receptionist who was so lovely and personable and understood the problem and said that Eddie was in my area today and would I like it if he stopped by. I was shocked that I could have him come by the next day and didn't have to wait days on end for the refrigerator to be fixed. Eddie called me 20 minutes out, informing me that he was on his way. That right there shows a great business man who values his clients time, not just his own. He arrived on time and was so personable and extremely nice. I explained to him the problem and what I did to try and repair it, and he gave me a compliment saying that he was truly impressed that I did what I did. A compliment like thst coming from a professional made me feel great! He found the problem right away and showed me why the water was not dispensing. About 5-10 minutes later, water was now flowing 😊. Eddie also went out of his way to show me why this happened and what to do to prevent it from happening in the future. Again, great businessman! Once that was fixed, he now moved onto the ice maker. He said what I did to replace it was absolutely correct, the problem was, when I put the piece back it where the water flows into the ice maker, it wasn't in the proper position, it was under the spot it needed to be, instead of on top. He said many people make the same mistake because you can't see where it fits in because it is all the way in the back of the freezer, and if you hear it click, anyone would think that it was aligned properly, but in my case it wasn't and the water was streaming down the back and side of the freezer, giving everything I had in the freezer a nice ice hat LOL. He also mentioned that the back of the freezer in one area had some ice forming and that usually indicates that the valve is on its way out and would I like to have it replaced. He told me the cost and I said, I don't know because it was working fine until I took out the piece. He took his time to show me what he was talking about and the piece he would be repairing. Not once did he try to intimidate me into saying yes or try to play the Cars Salesman, he was honest amd sincere. I asked him, if this was your daughter m's fridge, what would you do? He said I would have it done today because it will save you money in the long run. He said today, he waived the service call because I went ahead and had him fix the problems and he would only be charging me for parts and labor. He said if you don't feel comfortable replacing the valve, that is absolutely fine and I would only be charged for the labor, however, if the part eventually broke, which he said would eventually happen bc it wasn't performing properly, he would have to come back and charge me for labor again plus the part. So, when you look at it, Eddie's honesty and trustworthiness saved me $150. I decided to have Eddie replace the valve because I did not want to have to go through not having any ice, nor water and have him come back and have to pay him once again for labor. I couldn't be happier with the result. Everything is working as if the refrigerator was just delivered and is brand new! If you have an appliance that is not working, I HIGHLY recommend Eddie because you will not find anyone nicer, punctual, trustworthy, or honest. Thank you Eddie!

We’ve used Eddie’s Appliance Repair now going on our third time. They’ve never disappointed and have always come through. Very timely, respectful, communicative. They do great work at very fair prices. This time around it was the freezer that was frosting and too cold, and then the fridge was too warm. Will & Rafael came same day and fixed the problem. Highly recommend!
