LIMITED WARRANTY

Limitation of Damages
At Eddie’s Appliance Repair, we take pride in providing our customers with quality repair services for all types of household appliances. We aim to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with our services, but we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Therefore, we have a clear limit of damages policy in place to protect our business and customers.
Eddie’s Appliance Repair shall not be responsible for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from a breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, or any other legal theory in connection with this agreement. This means that we cannot be held responsible for any additional costs or losses you may encounter due to a faulty repair, delay in delivery, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Our liability for damages is limited to the amount paid by the customer. If you paid $200 for a repair and something goes wrong, we cannot be liable for more than $200.
However, please note that this limitation does not apply to claims for personal injury. We take our customers’ safety very seriously and will do everything we can to make things right if someone is hurt due to our services.

DAMAGE WAIVERS

It’s important to note that our pricing is based on the customer accepting our waivers. We only provide repair services under these waivers. This is because our repair team is highly trained and experienced in repairing household appliances, and we believe that our customers should receive only the best service from us.

Our professional delivery personnel are fully licensed and trained to safely and securely deliver appliances to our customers’ homes.
