A Family Appliance Repair Legacy Since 2009
Eddie’s Appliance Repair opened in 2009 with a simple belief: treat a customer’s home like your own, tell them the truth about their appliance, and they will call you again and send their neighbors. That belief built our customer list one kitchen at a time, and it is still how we measure a good day.
Eddie, the founder’s son, now leads the family business from our shop at 90 Cain Drive in Brentwood, NY. That shop is home base for our technicians and for the customer service representative who answers the phone, confirms addresses, and plans each day’s visits across Suffolk County and parts of Nassau County.
What has not changed since 2009 is how a visit feels. Our technician arrives inside the two-hour window we booked, explains what is wrong in plain language, and quotes the repair before touching a part. Our technicians arrive inside that window with the details already in hand. They test the appliance, explain what they found, and give you a clear quote before any work starts. The $95 diagnostic fee is applied toward the repair when you go ahead, and every completed repair is covered by our 90-day parts and labor warranty. If the same problem comes back within those 90 days, you call the same number and talk to the same people.
